Next on the agenda was to install a set of custom axles. The front axles were replaced with Dana 60's and the rear axles were swapped out with Dana 70's. The disc brakes were trussed as well.

With every lifted vehicle, the rule of thumb is to have a kick ass undercarriage, since that is the first thing most people happen to notice. Keeping this in mind, Craig continued forward with his masterpiece. First, a set of Off Road Unlimited polished differential covers were installed.

Next, Craig took the axles and several undercarriage parts and pieces to Olympic Coating of Escondido, California, where they were powder coated. Knowing that this wasn't going to cut it, the next stop was to Foss Plating of Sante Fe Springs, California, where the remainder of undercarriage parts were chrome plated. Off Road Unlimited then reassembled the axles.
