One winter day while driving the streets of Fredericksburg, VA, Rich Stultz along with wife Darlene came to the conclusion that it was time to start a new project. After previous build-ups such as a '92 Mazda mini and an '89 Amigo, it was time to do something bigger. Rich's decision back on February 3 of 1999 was to throw down $15000 on a 1999 Chevy Silverado. After being involved in the scene for 8 years, Rich knew what it would take to be a competitor in the show scene. After all, his friends brought him up in the scene ensuring him that with out the proper build up you wouldn't fare well at shows local or far. So keeping with the lessons taught growing up, Rich would begin the project and find that stopping would be the toughest task to date.
