After getting the body to lay completely and working out all the minor problems that come along with it, it was time to get busy on the bodywork and mods. To set this mini off, Donnie went with a 4 Runner grille, 4-Runner headlights, a 95 4x4 bumper along with 4x4 fenders and 4x4 bed.

Next Donnie decided to shave the doors but to leave the keyholes to be a little different. After the doors where smoothed out it was time to shave the gas door filler and time to relocate a fuel cell to the bed which was diamond plated inside and out for show quality.
The next step would be to weld the tailgate shut along with molding in a Sir Micheals roll pan and frenching in the license plate box into the tailgate. With the body all complete and ready for the 98 Ford Mustang orange with gold pearl paint, which was applied by Doug from Delon’s in Salem, Donnie added one last touch. By custom constructing a sheet metal bed cover, he also decided to etch flames into the bed cover in orange and throw 3 coats of clear onto it for shine. GSL Customs along with Jim Millroy of Salem did all of the bodywork.
