While owning a custom shop that can do anything and everything, and Donnie himself being involved in the scene for 12 years, there was plenty of things that came to mind that needed to be done to his new toy. The first thing for Donnie to do would be to start hacking away at the suspension. At the time of build up, which keep in mind took nearly 12 years, the Toy was slammed and the floor was cut and dropped about 2 ½ inches. After working on it a little here and a little there the decision was to start going all out on the Toy and get it some exposure.

Donnie’s business Gone So-Low Customs obviously knows their shit.
So once again the Toyota was torn down and Donnie and crew from GSL (Gone So Low) Customs decided to section the frame and remove 2 ½ inches to give more opportunity to tuck the 97 eclipse 17’s which were chromed and wrapped in 205/40/17’s.

After getting the frame sectioned the next step was to work the rear monster notch to allow room for the rear axle to travel. After the major frame modifications where complete the frame rails where completely smoothed and painted. Next on the agenda was to add another 2 ½ inches to the body drop of the Toy which would give it a grand total of 5 inches along with 2 ½ in the frame! Now that the body was laying on the pavement a full fast bag (Spriggs) air suspension was installed along with the use of 2 compressors for on the fly adjustability. Along with the bags and to get the rear to perform nicely, a four link made from shelby tubing and applied rod ends was installed. Now to get the front to lay some other minor adjustments needed to be performed such as modifying and lowering the radiator along with custom building a fiberglass hood.

Next modified dropped A-arms along with Chassi Tech 2” spindles with Silverline adjustable shocks help get the front to lay smoothly. GSL Customs performed all of this work.
