With the Mazda sitting at a much more preferred level, Tom would now work some magic to the exterior body. Upfront an Aim Industries grille would take place of the stock grille along with the front fenders being shaved and molded to the cowl and lower body.

   To help bring the front together a chrome front bumper would take place of the stock one. Moving back, the door handles would be shaved along with the emblems, antenna, cowl and rain gutters. The roof would have a hole cut into it and is now occupying a ragtop for those sunny days. The gas filler door would then be welded shut and relocated into the bed. With the front and cab being reworked, it would be time to bring the rear to the same perfection.
