  After all the body and prep work was complete, Eli again took matters in his own hands and sprayed the PPG custom mix orange and cream paint himself. The exterior was complete, but Eli wasn't done there.

To get the interior going, Eli first had Mazda 626 seats covered in toast tweed by the people at Southern Upholstery in Meridian, Mississippi. Next, Justin Griffin covered the dash (with painted vents) and headliner in matching toast tweed.   The factory gauge cluster was replaced with APC white face cluster and the steering wheel was ditched and in its place a Billet Specialties half-wrap wheel complete with painted ring was installed.
