To keep true to style, Mark's next move was to shave the stock gas filler door and replace it with one off of a '94 Chevy Fullsize. The body now as straight as can be, Mark then began replacing stock chromed items such as the front and rear bumper, along with showing some attention to the grille with a painted to match Chevy bowtie. With the body complete it was prepped and now ready for paint.

With the materials and knowledge that Mark possesses, the paint would become the first eye-catching element to this clean Suburban. Utilizing PPG paints, Mark decided to go with a two-tone paint job using Porsche silver along with a custom blended purple. After many coats of clear, one can see that time was taken to assure nothing but pure professional work was applied. Mission Viejo Auto Collision is responsible for all of the body and paintwork found on the '69 Suburban.
