Combs would start with a 04 Combs Custom Cycles pro street softail frame. The frame has a 42 degree racked neck, and 6 degree rack on the trees. The swing arm is also a Combs product. Joes bike features a one-off front end with all hidden wires. To give Joe light while cruising at night a Headwinds headlight was mounted. The brakes are built into the forks and actually spin inside of the form arms. Joes bike features Combs Custom Cycles bars that are all flush with the wires run on the inside rather than outside keeping with the theme of the forks. The speedometer is flushed into the bars; this is a Dakota Digital gauge, which features many different settings. This would allow Joe a lot of room on the bike. Combs also fit the company made oil tank, and front/rear fenders. Perse pegs keep Joe comfortable on his feet while Arlen Ness foot controls control his gear changing. Dixon Upholstery built a custom seat for the bike. This would give Joes bike the long and low look he wanted.
