After cleaning the part of the dash to receive the kit, pill the backing off the 3M tape that holds the piece to the dash. Start with one side of the piece you are working with and gently press it to make sure it is lined up. Once you're sure its in place, go back over it with firm, solid pressure. With pieces that are to be bent around edges, work the piece from left to right to keep the piece from bunching in the middle.
