The springs, axles, shocks and all the nuts and bolts are all split between the rock pattern and the Chromalusion. The axles are 79 Dana 44's with 4:11 gears. The shocks are Rugged Trails while the springs are Super Lifts. Johnny has also added a custom built 4-Link.

 The factory wheels and tires were upgraded to a set of 15x14 Weld wheels with 16x38.5 Mickey Thompson. He has also swapped out the brake lines for stainless steel lines. To allow easy viewing of all the chassis work, Johnny added a hydraulic tilt bed.
