Larry had a lot of fun and learned a lot building this truck. Larry does wish he could get some of the credit, but what the hey. The only drawback to buying someone else's vehicle is that it will always be theirs. He did assume that because no one had seen it on the street with the new paint scheme that he might get a little more slack. If people could only see pictures of what the truck looked liked when he bought it, they would understand better. He put 10 solid months in to this project and did every single thing he could, himself. It still needs some work but it came out pretty good. Larry told Pat Maxwell "that his goal in buying and finishing the Jimmy was to not embarrass Pat or himself". No matter what anyone says, Larry achieved that goal. Larry even has a few 7-foot trophies to prove it.
