Larry Brown of Spring TX bought this Jimmy from Pat Maxwell in Sept. of 2000 about 70 percent finished. Anything and everything that could be unbolted was off and laying in the shop. It was painted the first color of the tri-coat and the main graphics were down the side. What Larry really got was a painted shell of a truck. Larry also got a bunch of boxes full of nuts, bolts, hinges, switches and glass pieces. The Jimmy had sat in the shop with no glass in it and was covered in over spray. The under carriage was thrashed. The interior had been ruined when the doorjambs were sanded to remove the graphics from the previous paint job. The front fender had a big dent where a masking machine had fallen on it. The windshield was cracked. The rear bumper was raw steel. The side aero skirts were missing. And on and on...
