With the arrival of Forbidden Fantasy ’06 comes the beginning of So Cal coverage. On our trip down to So Cal Steph and I would take our time with a stop off in Vegas. With Stephanie never having played Craps I of course had to show her the ropes. The Vegas experience always seems to be a good one! Come Friday morning we’d continue our Journey to Wittier to meet up with the So Cal ///RA group, through down some alcohol and have a grand ol’ time. Seeming that it was Peckers last weekend as a single man it was only fitting we all got tore up all weekend. As the show arrived Sunday morning the weather looked decent so we packed up and headed out. To much of our surprise their where still rides in line to get into the show. This was good news as it meant a great turn out. As we talked our way into the show past the showing rides we’d grab the camera and head off to the far end of the show. We’d stop and chat with tons of friends I haven’t seen since last year on our way to the IF Customs booth where they would be chop topping Oliver’s Taco from Domination The Video. With pictures taken we were on our way around the show.Mid way through the grounds the weather would open up and it would start raining buckets. As we fled to the car as most people did I’d snap a few last photos before putting the camera away. Lucky for me Zak started at that end of the show so we were able to grab all the coverage we needed. As usual Forbidden did a great job on this show and they didn’t let the rain, snow or sleet slow things down. Although some people left early because of the weather most stayed long enough to let the clouds part and the rain to stop and finish enjoying the show and festivities. Like this year rain, sleet or snow I’ll be sure to attend FFF’s shows!Text by Garrick Arendsphotos by Garrick Arends and Zak Ropple
