With the high's and mids in place it was time to work the bass. A set of Thunder T9500 (T95124) subwoofers were placed in a custom built 6 cubic foot ported enclosure made of MDF, fleece, resin, and fiberglass matting. 4 of the woofers are mounted traditionally facing the rear window of the hatch and 1 is inverted exposing the massive motor structure of the T9500 series subwoofers.

The port is a triangular shape trimmed out in billet aluminum Acura logo and is lit up from the inside with Varad LED's and Streetglow strobes giving the illusion that the port is glowing.

Helping to push the system would be the use of 5 Thunder942 two-channel, 940-watt amplifiers (1 to each sub bridged to 940 watts @ 4 ohms) and are displayed in a custom-built amp rack shaped like a podium. Two Thunder282 two-channel, 280-watt amplifiers were hidden under the amp rack and power the front stage. The amp rack is constructed of MDF, fleece, resin, fiberglass matting, and Bondo. It would then be sanded and painted Redondo Red Pearl to match the exterior of the car.
