my name is jeff and i am 40 years old.i live in new york near the ct/ma/ny corner. i have been a car guy since i was young as my dad was a hot rodder. i am a machine designer and machinist. i have built and repaired many different types of machinery during my career. i have degrees in mechanical drawing, graphics design and computer aided design/drafting.i have built or restored many cars and vans over the years. i presently own a 97 chevy 1500, 97 grand-am, 87 camaro, 76 impala wagon,65 chevy van and 66 chevy van.the first car i drove legally was a 70 dodge challenger and the first i owned was a 66 chevy van that i customized and showed. i was a mechanic for many years and went to denver automotive and diesel college to learn body work. i worked in different body shops, until i tired of working on cars.jobs and life took me away from the hobby for years, but i am getting ready to get back into it by dropping a chevy crate 350 in my 87 camaro.
