Air-cooled, single cylinder, four-stroke engine displacing 362cc. Power is transferred through the Kawasaki Automatic Power-Drive System (KAPS), Kawasaki's continuously variable transmission. With high and low forwrd gears plus reverse. KAPS enables the engine to operate in it's optimal rpm range, giving the rider maximum torque regardless of speed or riding conditions.

None but it had the biggest most comfortable seat of any atv I sat on.
