Scooter Russell of Drummonds, TN would find himself entangled in custom rides for 17 years. Coming from a family of custom builders you could say it’s in his blood to mess with any stock ride. The reason for Scooter building this 1951 Mercury would be simply cause it was something he thought would turn out pretty cool. With 3 years in the build up Scooter would take the rat approach after previously building a Chopped and blown 79 Ford truck.
