Dave is like most guys in this scene who teaches himself to do the work rather then bring it to a shop and deal with getting ripped off, screwed over, or let down. Owning his own shop also gave Dave the skills he needed to re-build his dream. Dave carefully sanded down his fully graphed paint job to start fresh. Since his car already featured a suicide driver’s door, shaved moldings, shaved door handles,

shaved gas door with a Sparco gas door molded in its place, custom metal fenders, a fully molded wide body kit, and a shaved antenna there were only a few things Dave wanted to change.    First would be to remove the ragtop that he didn’t particularly care for and replace it with a lexan piece to give him one big moon roof. Satisfied with that, Dave then installed a carbon fiber hood and hatch, and while he had the hatch off a set of clear taillights was swapped in.
