Keeping true to his custom wants Mike would begin working over the exterior. For starters the stock grille would be swapped out with a ‘92 S10 grille. The front bumper would then be recessed 1-½ inches and Mike would create a hand made roll pan to be welded in. The doors would be shaved along with the roof rack, spare tire holder, side moldings, body seams, pinch welds and rear frenched in license plate box.

A set of modified full-size truck mirrors, H-4 headlight conversion and APC clear tails help bring about a custom appearance. The wheel tubs where raised 6 inches in the rear and removed up front to allow room for the 17x7 Niche Runner wheels wrapped in 205/40 rubber. Mike with help from Gary Hoops of Beaverton, OR would handle the exterior modifications and preparation for paint.
