The interior designs wouldn't be overlooked. Keeping the perfectionist at an even kill, Tom would begin with smoothing out the dash of the vents and other pockets along with smoothing out the door panels before laying down some green and black tweed.

   The headliner and other interior panels would then receive the same tweed treatment to help tie things together. The stock seats would be the next items to be ditched to the side. Instead Tom would wrap a set of Escort Bucket seats in the same two-tone tweed. To help pull things together a Grant Boomerang steering wheel would be installed along with a mooneyes rearview mirror. Tom along with Joel Lundeen would handle the interior modifications.
