Pat’s new Sierra was starting to take shape just like he wanted it. An altitude adjustment would be next to add to the appearance Pat was striving for. For this, Bill Carlton and Ekstensive Metal Works of Houston, TX was contacted.

Bill started out by performing a super c-section on the rear frame rails for added travel. A custom 2-link setup with panhard bar was then added along with a set of Firestone airbags and KYB shocks to smooth things out. Up front, Bell Tech drop spindles were bolted in along with airbags and KYB shocks. Driving height is achieved by Firestone airbags in the front as well.

A custom set of gauges and controls in the cab control the adjustments on Pat’s Sierra. To make things quick, 3/8” hardline was installed.

For Pat’s new look, a set of custom wheels would be needed to continue the head turning appearance. What else turns more heads than big wheels? Pat contacted the billet experts at Colorado Custom to help with the next issue at hand.

After it was said and done, Colorado Custom Somersets would be bolted at all four corners. Up front, 20x8” along with BFG G-Force rubber in the 245-40-20 variety was mounted. In the rear, 20x9 ½” and 295-40-20 BFG’s were added.
