At most shows located in the Northwest Visions is usually the party crew from show to show. So with this knowledge it would only be common sense to attend their event located in East/Central Washington. With the Mazda still in the works, I’d talk Jason Craig from ST Idaho into haulin’ my ass to the show located a quick 9 hours away from home. After loading up into his stock floored burban on 22’s we were off. With taking a short cut through the hills and farmlands we would eventually make way to the Grand Cooley damn and make our turn and 5 minute drive to the campgrounds. As we made it through the grounds we’d see many rides from the Seattle area, Portland/Salem, OR area and even Canada. We’d find our camping area already set up by Visions, make home and take it in for the night. As morning arrived I was awoken to Jason standing at the tent door waiting for me to get my ass up so we could get some food and hit up the show. With the sleep out of my eyes and clothes changed we were off to town to grab some food and drinks and then hit up the show. As we arrived to the show I was first impressed with the overall location of the event. Located right on the river at a nice grassy park it was the perfect set up for a fun day. A few clubs even drove their jet ski’s from camp to the show after dropping off their show rides. We’d then head into the show and walk around checking out rides. Although this show is small in numbers there are always a few rides that stick out. Jan, knees and shortbed all from Canada would have their customs to help represent their Country of Canada. Some of the other phat rides would be chicks rides, 3 in fact all true custom rides. During the show they would have many club and individual events to help keep people entertained. For starters there was a club tug-a-war challenge where many clubs participated along with a chocolate milk chugging contest followed by chocolate cottage cheese piles on the grass. With the sound off to help finish things off awards would be held and people would head back to camp. With features out of the way and food in our stomach we’d do the same.

As we arrived to the grounds many people were getting their drink on so we’d fallow suit. With the night arriving and most campers asleep, myself, Jason and the Canadians would head off to other camps to see what was going on. Through out the night we’d manage to get followed around by security and continuely told to be quiet or we’d be thrown out. After getting Sittin’ Pretti’ in trouble we decided to work our way to Magical Mini’s where we’d find them just as rowdy as we were. They set it up to pop popcorn on an open fire and try and catch the popped corn. It looked like so much fun I decded to join in only to get smoke in my eyes and butter burns. After getting warned 4 times by security at their camp to be quiet we decided to find other camps to get into trouble. Through this all we managed to loose Jan and Dario but gained 3 Magical members. After running security ragged we’d decide to head in and get some shut eye as we’d have a long drive home.I’d like to thank Visions for the great time and I’ll be looking forward to next year’s event. Eric from Magical….. bro, bring gloves and goggles for us next time so the popcorn isn’t so painful, haha And a special thanks goes out to Jason for the ride down!By Garrick Arends
