One of the first import dedicated shows in the Boise valley located in Idaho, to much of everyone's surprise the turn out was more then was to be expected. Sponsored by 103.3 Kiss FM radio along with Bronco Motors, I'm sure we'll come to see greater numbers in upcoming events. Typically I don't cover local events but with the current rage of imports in the valley it grabbed my curiosity on what was around and what people had in mind in the scene here locally. As we rolled up around 1 in the afternoon, the sun was pounding in the 90's and some of the rides were just as hot. While going through the parking lot I come to find it looking the same as most parking lots around the country with phat rides outside the show which should have been inside the show. As we parked as close as possible to the show cause I'm lazy, we get out of the AC and started hoofing it through the heat. Surprisingly there were tons of venders surrounding the show and one of the DJ's from 103.3 was mixing it up on stage. Many rides had come into town from around the state helping bring the quality of rides up a notch or two along with stiffening up the competition. Many good things were talked about with this show so I wouldn't be surprised to see the number of rides increase from year to year if they stick with it being a yearly thing. And if so I know that the boys from Oregon and Spokane Washington will make the trip for next year.By Garrick Arends
