Well it was a beautiful weekend in Pismo Beach California at the 17Th Annual "Fun in the Sun Car Show." The weather was great and the women were in their best string bikinis! And the cars and trucks weren't bad either! The show ran from Friday June 14Th to Sunday June 16Th. There were about 900 cars and trucks that showed up between the 3 days to show and about 30,000 people turned out to look! At this show you can find it all, from mini's to imports to hot-rod's! Everything from mild to wild and some of the best restorations! It was hard to choose which ones to get the pictures of and even harder to get the pictures with all the people around! But you wont find a better place with better weather to check out some real nice rides and hang out on the pier or the beach! The fun runs all day then on into the night with a cruise down the main street and on to the pier! It used to be a long time tradition of all the hot rods to do burn outs for the crowd but the last couple of years the fuzz has put a real damper on it by giving out tickets! But that doesn't stop all we even caught a couple of bicycle cops cheering a couple guys to do burnouts! But overall its a great show and i would recommend anybody that can to go! You wont regret it! But make your hotel reservations several months in advance I learned the first 2 years to make mine the year before, because you wont believe the turn out and the best of all no fee to look around!
