The taillights were shaved and placed behind billet covers located into the top of the shell, which resided on the bed rails.

Needing a little smoother line, the gas filler door was shaved and relocated into bed.
The decision was final, the body was complete and it was time to apply the paint to let the ride stand out. A base of red and orange paint would be sprayed.

With the base coat down, a set of silver and purple graphics would be applied. Not feeling enough paint was applied, some orange and blue ghost flames would be sprayed for viewing pleasures at correct lights.
