Now, replace Bill Paxton with Bryce Mellon of Jefferson, Georgia, remove Helen Hunt, and replace the Dodge with this 1996 GMC C1500 and you have the exact situation that Mellon found himself in..three different times! While taking a trip from Colorado to Georgia, Mellon not only blew a bag but actually witnessed and outran two different tornados in Colorado. “I looked in the rear view mirror and all of sudden I saw the funnel touch ground,” Mellon said. “All I could do is punch the gas and gun it.”
