When I think of Las Vegas, there is only one word that can truly depict what it means to be sin city: Flamboyant. With all it’s glitch and glamour, no wonder whatever trends are going on Vegas has to one up it. When 20s first gain popularity, Vegas was working on 22s. When screens first started appearing in vehicles, Vegas had SUVs packed with them. This is all relevant because flamboyant is exactly what Brooke Tobias’ 2001 Ford Mustang is.
