Jessie thought that the stock GMC sheet metal was just about as boring as it could possibly be, so he decided to ditch the factory nose for a new 2000 Cadillac Escalade front clip. Once the new Caddy Escalade fenders, hood, grille, bumper and headlights were in place a billet insert from Trendz was installed into the grill shell.

With the new metal in place Jessie decided to turn the truck over to Steven Hartsfield in Denton, TX to complete the bodywork. Steven shaved the GMC of the door handles, gas tank door, tailgate handle, stake pockets, body molding, third brake light and wiper cowl. Steven then added a set of Caddy taillights were the factory assemblies once resided and installed a roll pan to clean up the void left when the bumper was removed.
