7. After the holes are all tacked up, you will then need to grind down the welds as smooth as possible. If you see any decent size pinholes after grinding you may want to weld them up and grind smooth again. 8. With the grinds smooth, it would then be time to sand down all necessary areas where the moldings were placed with a bit extra top and bottom showing bare metal. 9. After sanded down, spot putty all welded area's filling any low spots to give you a smooth door.
