When I think of Utah, the last thing that comes to mind is a custom automotive scene of any kind. Especially one that is jumping the gun on most all of the major markets for the minitruck scene. Well with Kevin Schiele of West Valley City, Utah, it was time to bring everyone's attention to the state. Back in December of 1998, the decision for Kevin was to purchase a 1991 Isuzu Pup extra-cab, which he would build to aaahh even the dominators of the scene. With the love of building custom rides driving him to perfection, the 3-year journey to show status would turn out to be one of a satisfactory feat.
