After scrolling through the show calendar here on SSM, I ran across this show. It was only an hour and a half away so I figured I would get some more info on it. Once I found out exactly where the show was, times, etc. You know, all the important info, it was time to make plans to attend. I informed the promoters that they would be getting show coverage and made a few phone calls to round up some traveling companions. This show was to raise money for the United Way, so that made another reason to attend and help out a good cause.We made plans to meet up at 7:30am the day of the show for the hour and a half drive. We had like 7 rides from here as well as a tag along ride…. John (Outkast Chicken) from GaugeMagazine.com. Once at the show, it was time to find a good spot for all of us to park and get the EZ-up tent set up. The weather was perfect for a show so we knew the day would go good. After a little while of walking around and watching rides pour in, the sky decided to cloud over. Luckily it held out and we didn’t get rained on like the weather channel had predicted. After I had lined up a feature and got it shot, it was time to get the last few pics before the show was over. I had lined up a few more features, but the sky became too cloudy to get any of them to come out good.All in all, the show was a good one. I look forward to hitting their next show.
