As my usual show experience in California this year, the crew from Kontradictions had the misfortune of hauling my ass around. It was easy for them to get revenge for having to put up with me as 545am came pretty early but it had to be done. With a much-needed shower and one messy ass donut it was time to head out to the Dub show. This would be my first experience of the show but not my last. Once we arrived at the fairgrounds the rain started to fall but it looked like there was a break in sight. This rain was a blessing for most that had dropped their rides off the night before so they could get things cleaned up before the crowds started pouring in at 11am.Once through the gates the guys started cleaning their rides as I sat on my ass watching and waiting. The sun was peeping through and the women where starting to file in. It was time to grab the camera and be on my way. One thing about the Dub show for those of you that have never attended, there is plenty of things to do in order to keep you busy. At one end of the fairgrounds there was a bike crew doing tricks all day long while at the other end there were motor cross professionals jumping and doing some crazy ass stunts. Those guys have WAY more balls then I do. Shit the only air I get is via the airplane.One other thing the Dub show is famous for, is the musical guests, which where bomb digity for sheezy yo. As we stood at the gate to go in back Nate Dogg, Fabulous and WC went through to blow the roof off the motha. I'm sure through the photo's you will also see some other celebrities that attended, like Jon Sally and one Mexican actor guy, don't remember his name but it's all good. Other celebrity figures would be the likes of Shaquille O'Neal's entourage driving in almost every one of his rides to the show.Like most Cali shows having to do with the Import scene and SUV's rollin' dub plus's the women were at full force. You look down every row and you will see women posing on rides for on goers with cameras snapping picture after picture, you look on stages and women where shakin' their ass for the crowd.
