Some of the first mods that Larry decided to break the mold of the stock paint was to slather the exterior with mini-truck life graphics. Kevin York of Kreative Colors, also in Mesquite, brewed up some House of Color radiance and dressed the Beetle in bright blue, pink, green, yellow, purple and orange.

 Keeping in mind that all good paintwork has to keep the attention of its owner and admirers, Kevin worked in Cheetah designs in the yellow paint and hidden faces throughout the car to enhance detail.  Wanting to continue the theme of his exterior Larry turned his focus to his interior. Again, Kreative Colors painted the upper door panels, the center console, and the rear seat pieces to mimic the outside of the car.
