While running around in his "Grocery Getter" Mitsubishi Gallant, Chris Keown of Houston, Texas had bigger thoughts running through his head about one day owning a badass mini, after seeing the slammed creations by his two cousins, Jason and Blake Wood. In February of 1999, Chris and his wife Nicole set out to find their soon-to-be show truck. After a long search, they agreed upon a 1999 extended cab Chevrolet S-10 to be the basis of their show-winning project.
