I have been to Tex Mex for several years now and always have a good time. I got in Friday morning and the show was great fun. The guys at KIK kept feeding me Jungle Juice (assholes). Because of the Jungle Juice, I almost fell face first into the fire at the sunset camp. Funny part is, I don’t remember almost falling. I remember slipping a little. But I guess everything looks scary when your drunk and it probably was. I had a great time Friday night!But…It seems that some of the best shows in the scene are not immune to old Mother Nature. We woke up Saturday morning at it wasn’t too bad. Then all hell broke loose. Crazy gusts of wind and POORing rain turned the show grounds into what looked like a war zone. Minitrucks + nasty mud = lots of trucks stuck. I managed to get around and take a few pictures for you guys. I really hope you appreciate it cause I bout froze off one of my huts in the cold. And I am from Idaho where it gets -25 degrees. That wind made it a cold day. Nobody knows if they are going to throw this show again, but I hope they do.
