With the chassis all worked over it would now be time to hit the exterior of the truck. For starters the truck would have many items shaved for the over all smooth appearance. The bodyline, roofline, antenna, door handles, locks, taillights, tailgate, firewall, and gas door would all receive the shaved treatment while a cowl hood would replace the stock hood. Keeping the smooth appearance flowing the rear bumper was ditched in favor of a smooth roll pan, which would be molded in.

Next the crew at SNC would mold the core support into the front fenders, wheel tubs are molded into the firewall and front fenders, and then the fenders would be molded into the door jams, rockers and the cab. Not yet complete the truck would be set up with suicide doors opening a full 90 degrees. Continuing with the heavy hand of modifications the front of the truck would be equipped with a Full-Size Chevy Bumper narrowed 12 inches to fit the truck perfectly.
