Jennifer Lacy of Edgewater, FL would purchase her ’91 S10 back in October of ’99 for $6000. When the decision to cut into the S10 became final it would take the build a mere 14 months to complete. With being in the scene for 7 years Jennifer would have a plan of attack on the build up sure to catch the eye of any judge or spectator.
