Here is a kit I bought from Autoloc for $69.00. It includes everything you need to install a hidden antenna except for electrical connectors, and took me about 1 hour to complete.  Step 2 I did this install when i was working on making clearance for my tires, so I am removing the inner wheel wells. This is not needed to remove your stock antenna, but it did help a lot. To begin, remove the 3 10mm bolts holding the computer to the coolant tank, and set it aside.

 Step 3 Next, remove the three 10mm bolts holding the coolant tank to the inner fender, and pull off the hose running to the radiator, so you can completely remove the resevoir. Set it aside.
