When involved in such a competitive scene, it's hard to match up with the heavy hitters when coming from Boise Idaho, which is as populated as some smaller neighborhoods in larger cities. But at age 25, Tony Libutti would find his heart and desire becoming the biggest reason for his success. After previously building a 1990 Acura Integra and a 1990 Viper yellow Jetta, it was time to bring a new twist to his next import. Back in December of 1996, Tony along with his wife Leslie, decided that for $13,500 their next project would have to be a 1994 Honda Civic 4-door. Originally wanting to build a minitruck, Tony decided that throwing a twist to the compact scene would be his first option. After being involved with the custom scene for almost 6 years, and adding 4 years of blood, sweat and tears, altogether you can see the out come of this show winning ride.
