 After that, a bumper and valance from a '99 4x4 Tacoma was put in place of the stock unit.  Next, Express Auto Body shaved the gas filler door and moved it to a new home in the fender well. A steel roll pan was welded in, to rid Jason's Tacoma of the factory bumper. To keep the rear end looking smooth, the tailgate handle was removed and flipped to the inside of the bed.

To finish off the body mods, taillights from a 2001 Tacoma were put in place of the '97 taillights and billet inserts were installed in the grille as well as the bumper. An Arrow Toppers cab shell was installed to allow Jason more usability with the bed of his truck.  With the body mods complete, Jason called upon his buddy Steve Servis also of Express Auto Body to lay down a color that would turn the heads of all that came into view of this Tacoma. With that in mind, Jason chose Roulette Green Pearl from ICI Autocolor and Steve laid down the color to perfection, covering every inch of the Tacoma.
