Have you ever done something to someone and had it come around to bite you in the ass? Welcome to the world of payback! It never seems to surprise me that the same people who work on their vehicles to “be different” have the audacity to criticize others for customizing their rides in “different ways”. Take for instances Javier Recondo and his 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse. It is not your usual story for a build up, it all started at Freakfest 2003 in Bakersfield, Ca when Javier took his 00 Eclipse to show how nice it was. When he arrived, his car was painted one color with a body-kit and was lowered on tuner wheels with a high-rise spoiler. When he got to Freakfest he was surrounded by fully done show rides equipped with big chrome wheels, air ride, flashy paint, and full interior. Javier felt his little tuner racer did not quite fit what he what he wanted it to be, so after feeling like the “laugh of the show” Javier put his ride into re-construction in his own personal way of getting…Payback!
