Starting underneath the newfound Pup Chris would rely on the crew from The Shop in Longwood, FL. Getting things moving the first item to be cut or replaced would be the rear frame rails. With a new notch in place for added travel they would then raise the stock wheel tubs in the bed to accommodate the new 18x7 Elite Barb wheels.

Next they would install a TCI 3 link in the rear allowing the leaf spring set up to be ditched to the side. With the rear ready to bag it was time to tear into the front. Starting with the hub assembly Chris would have them convert over to a DJM Toyota drop spindle along with Toyota hub and brake. Next the upper and lower arms would be re-drilled to accommodate the new Toyota products. Next a set of Firestone 2500’s would be installed upfront while 2800’s take place in the rear. Toxic shocks would then be installed at all corners to help with the ride. ½ inch line would be run through the system and the air is pushed to the bags through Extreme valves. Having the suspension and frame work complete would be vital to the 3-inch body drop applied to the Pup. But before writing it off complete it would be time to work the exterior body.
