So is anyone else anxious to see my Mazda on the road besides Jason (my buddy doing the work) and myself? Well as winter hits here in Boise, there is one more project to get out of his shop and then its 100% Mazda time. The bed is about complete and we now have things figured out on how to mount the 13B with all custom mounts so its just a matter of time before it hits the road. We have a shop lined up to finish up the bodywork (our buddy Matt “porkchop” Stern) and a place to lay down the paint. I was going to start a section this issue with the build up progress but decided to give an update and then start the progress section at the first of the year. This issue although lower then usual with show content is heavy with good quality feature rides, 5 to be exact. From coast to coast we have Robert’s stock floored Ford on the cover while a clean ass Isuzu, 2 Toyota’s and a full-size Chevy occupy the rest of the pages. This truly a West coast East coast battle with the Ford and one of the Toyota’s being from Cali while the Isuzu and other Toy are from the East coast. The Chevy is left to observe while occupying the middle of the US.So everyone be safe this Holiday season, tear your rides down in preparation for a new ride to bust out in the Spring months and enjoy the warmth whether it be the heat inside your house or on the beach in the South (fuckers).Tell next Issue,Garrick ArendsEditorGarrick@StreetSource.com
