The 10th annual Waterfest was held at Englishtown’s "Raceway Park" this year. The show featured classes from GTI wild to mild, Jetta wild to mild, Audi wild to mild, and many more. Spectators could look forward to browsing the array of products available many foreign car part distributors. This years show featured a burnout contest where many of the entrants literally went until their tires exploded. There was also a tire change contest where the winner won a full set up tires for their ride. And a dyno was setup to see whose ride was pushing the most hp. This is all, of course, second to the famous Englishtown racetrack. Spectators sat in the stands and watched the races all day, from 10 second and below Gti’s, to Corrados doing firey burnouts it wasnt anything short of entertainment for the VW enthusiasts. The show is put on by APR and Volkswagen and is a pretty big show for the Foreign car community. If you’re into VWs, Audis, BMWs, etc def take the time to check out Waterfest 2005.
