On July 27th this year the Utah chapter of Severed Ties kicked off their annual summer show. "Diamond Summer " proved to be a hit as to each year it grows bigger and bigger! This year the Layton Commons Park housed over 125 of the states lowest and baddest rides. Throughout the hot day of many activities, some were a little cooler than most, the ice cream eating contest provided a cool break as well as a freezing brain to boot! Amongst the trees on this hot day friends and families alike cooled off to the Girls of Red Bull handing out complimentary drinks as well as Kroger Ice Cream helping out with the scorching heat.As the show wound down the members of Severed Ties handed out trophies to eager show participants. With the trophies all gone and the crowd slowly disappearing, all that was left was anticipation for next years show.If you happened to be one of the few that missed out on this year's show, you don't want to miss an awesome show next year keep your eyes peeled for info to come.Severed Ties would like to thank friends, family and sponsors.
