Now in order to get all this custom stuff down the road, it has to have an engine to match. Therefore Chris swapped out the factory one and replaced it with one out of a 2000 Cavalier. He figured since he changed more than half the body parts out for 2000 model parts, he might as well change the engine to match. Now this isn't just any old stock Chevy motor either. It has a few goodies to make it run a little better. For starters, the first thing you see when you open the hood is the GM Supercharger with a 2.6 drive ratio and runs 5psi of boost.

That is also matched up to a full Nitrous Express direct port system and a custom intake. Other additions are pullies by RK Sport, a custom made radiator with Flex Lite fans, Electromotive engine management distribution system and custom wiring.

The entire engine runs off a laptop for optimal performance. The motor is mated up to a 1999 Cavalier transmission complete with a Center Force clutch and axles out of a Cadillac.

All of the exhaust gases are fed through a RK Sport 4 to 1 header and 2.5" piping into a Tusdo muffler. To keep the car on the ground via the 18x8 Axis Sport Max wheels along with the 225/45-18 Falken tires are a set of Bilstien struts with Mantapart coilovers. The brakes have also been upgraded to 13" rotors that are powered through the stainless steel brake lines from SSBC. Chris also installed upper and lower strut tower bars and RK Sport sway bars to cut down on body roll and chassis flex.
