After attending local shows around the Dallas area for years, always seeming to be on the outside looking in, it was now time to figure out the new trends and come to the times. So in early ’97 after finding the dates for Texas Heat Wave, the show to was soon at hand to get new ideas. Well now it was showtime, time to get in the bone stock truck and head to Austin to see what had been going on in the scene. Since he had been out of it for a few years up to this point, this would be a good experience. Well, needless to say, he was completely inspired by all the new modifications that were going on. Now all giddy with ideas, it was time to hop back in the little stock Nissan and head home to the garage knowing he had tons of work be done.

Within the next few months Ronny’s Nissan would go through extensive change and would be well on it’s way to fame. One of the first things on the list would be to have the height adjusted by the use of Firestone airbags for some quick lift.
A set of TCI-chrome rev triangulated 4-link were utilized for the ultimate low, along with Gabriel shocks in the rear. To help out the front, 2” drop spindles along with Doetsch Tech front shocks were used. With the new low, the gas tank was raised 2 inches.

Now knowing that every ride is set apart from each other with rollers, it was time to bolt on a set of 17x7 prime 357’s in chrome which were wrapped in Yokohama 205/40-17 A520’s.
