For Coby Kindall, the compact car scene came pretty easily. After building several big engine speed demons, Coby decided he wanted to do something different. Hanging around with the local import crowd and reading several import magazine took it’s toll on Coby. In August of ’98, he finally gave into the import urge and picked up and brand new Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX.

The suspension was first to get changed. Coby knew his Mitsu would have to be able to handle the way he wanted so he took the necessary steps to get it to that level. First, in the rear, Toucan Industries coilovers were installed along with KYB shocks. In front, Toucan Industries coilovers were installed along with KYB 5-way adjustable shocks and struts. Toucan Industries also provided front and rear strut bars.
